We want you to love your BioWare gear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.
Ship the Items
Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location to be sent back to our fulfillment center.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
